Refund Policy

At Busy Beaver Landscaping & Snow Removal, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality services. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to address any concerns fairly and professionally.

Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, return to correct any issues related to the original scope of work.

Deposits

Deposits collected for scheduled projects may be non-refundable if:

  • Materials have already been purchased.

  • Equipment or labor has been specifically allocated to the project.

  • The cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.

Refund requests for deposits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Weather-Related Delays

Outdoor services may be delayed due to weather conditions. In these cases:

  • Services will be rescheduled at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

  • No refund will be issued for weather-related delays beyond our control.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel a scheduled service free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost scheduling time and operational costs.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changes in customer preferences after work has been completed.

  • Pre-existing property conditions not disclosed prior to service.

  • Damage caused by hidden underground objects, utilities, or structures that were not identified before work began.

  • Delays caused by weather, access restrictions, or circumstances outside of our control.

  • Services completed according to the agreed-upon scope of work.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
